Dispute alert products (Resolve and PayPal) are priced per alert, meaning you're charged when an alert is triggered and acted on. Chargeback representment (Recover) is performance-based – you pay 20% of the revenue successfully recovered, so our incentives are aligned with yours.

Each product works independently. You can start with a single solution – for example, dispute alerts only – and add representment or PayPal protection as your needs evolve. There's no requirement to bundle, and no minimum volume commitment to get started.

A per-alert fee applies each time Chargebackhit receives and processes a dispute alert on your behalf. If no alert is triggered, there's no charge. This model keeps costs predictable and directly tied to activity, so you're never paying for coverage you're not using.

Both work toward the same goal but cover different dispute channels.
