Compelling Evidence

Consumer evidence is documentation that a merchant submits with a chargeback response to prove the validity of the transaction or otherwise disprove the chargeback. Every chargeback has a reason code. The reason code determines what types of compelling evidence the merchant must submit with the chargeback response.
